Bamboo shoot drying process:
Early stage: 1 to 2 hours, dry at 45°C. When the temperature rises (about 2 hours),
it will start to dehumidify. Keep the drying room at constant temperature and humidity,
and keep the relative humidity in the drying room at 70%;
Middle period 1: 2 to 7 hours, dry at 50°C, drying mode, regular moisture removal (30 minutes
per row, 5 minutes pause), keep the relative humidity in the drying room at 50%, and keep the
color of the bamboo shoots golden yellow;
Mid-term 2: 7 to 9 hours, dry at 60°C, keep the relative humidity in the drying room at 35% and
slowly drain away moisture to maintain a certain degree of dryness;
Later stage: 9 to 15 hours, dry at 65°C, and reduce the relative humidity in the drying room to 15%
until the bamboo shoots are completely dehydrated and dry.
