Grape air energy heat pump drying process
1. The initial drying temperature needs to be maintained between 40-50 degrees Celsius for two hours, which is to evaporate the moisture from the grape skin;
2. In the middle stage, raise the temperature to 55 degrees Celsius, dry for 10 hours, and conduct a large amount of dehumidification. At this time, the dehydration rate of grapes is about 70%;
3. At this stage, continue to heat up to 60 degrees Celsius, dry for 10 hours, strengthen dehumidification, and maintain a humidity of 55%;
4. Gradually lower the temperature of the drying room to 55 degrees Celsius, dry for 5 hours, and the grapes are evenly dehumidified. After this stage, the moisture content of the grapes is less than 12%, and the drying is basically completed.
