Bayberry processing steps:
The first step is to pick fresh bayberries and frame them.
The second step is to select plump and large bayberries, pack them into categories, soak them in 10% salt water for 15 to 20 minutes,
then drain them and marinate them with rock sugar for 20 to 30 minutes, drain them and drain them.

The fifth stage: Set the temperature at 60°C, control the relative humidity at 12%, and set the drying time to 1 hour;
After baking the bayberry for 18 hours, the sweet and sour dried bayberry is baked. Inspect the dried products and package the dried bayberry fruits after passing the quality standards.
