How to dry apples?
1. Place the cut apples evenly on a baking tray, then place trays on each layer in the trailer and push them into the hot air circulation oven for drying.
2. The initial drying temperature is 80 ℃ -85 ℃, and then gradually decreases to 50 ℃ -55 ℃. The drying time is 5-6 hours, and the final relative humidity is 10%. The drying rate is (6-8): 1 (i.e. 6-8 kilograms of raw materials can be made into 1 kilogram of finished products). It is advisable to hold and release the dried product tightly with your hands without mutual adhesion and with high elasticity. Place the dried finished product in a sealed container for 10-15 days to soften it. Remove waste and products, pack the finished product in edible bags or paper boxes, and pay attention to moisture during storage.
