How to dry garlic slice?
1. Use a centrifugal dryer to dry onion surface water.
First spread a layer of clean gauze in the centrifuge dryer tank, then put in the garlic slices, 1200RPM (Revolutions Per Minute). Centrifuge for 30 seconds and take out the gauze together with the sliced garlic, then put them on trays.
2.Put garlic slices in chamber room, control temperature between 55~65℃, continue 10~12 hours, when garlic’s humidity is about 4%~5%, then take them out of chamber.
