Drying process requirements:
1、Drying
During the preheating time, the ration of the drying room should be less than or equal to 1000 kg, and the temperature of the drying room should be less than or equal to 60℃. When we use hot air for drying, the ration of the drying room should be less than or equal to 500 kg, and the drying room temperature should be less than or equal to 50 ℃, meanwhile, measures should be taken to prevent the paper tube from generating dust, and the wind speed should be less than or equal to 0.5 meters per second.
2、Drying time
The drying room should be equipped with a temperature sensing alarm device to maintain uniform heating, and the heating rate of the drying room should be less than or equal to 30 ℃ per hour.
3、Dehumidification
The drying room should be equipped with a dehumidification device which can dehumidify in time, so that the paper tube will dry faster during the drying process.
4、Safety
When drying the paper tube, there should be a space for transporting the paper tube and an evacuation channel between the racks shall be set, and the width should be greater than or equal to 100 cm.
5、Personnel management
When drying the paper tube, we need personnel to manage the drying process, and it must be fixed personnel. If you use Drytech dryer, you will not have personnel problems when drying.
Conclusion:
With the new-type drying equipment, the drying method we used during drying process is slightly different. By using Drytec dryer for drying the paper tube, the quality of the dried paper tube is relatively good.
