Peanut drying process:
Stage 1: The drying temperature is set to 40-45℃, the drying time is set to 3 hours, and moisture is continuously removed;
Stage 2: The temperature is raised to 50-55℃, and the drying time is about 5 hours. The moisture removal is controlled by time;
Stage 3: After the first two stages of drying, the peanuts are nearly 50-60% dry, and the temperature can be raised to 60-70℃.
The peanuts can be dried until the moisture content is 12-18% and then taken out of the oven.
