Long bean drying process:
1. Cleaning: Use fresh beans picked on the same day, remove defective products with insect eyes,
clean the beans, and remove head and tail defects.
2. Boiling: Use boiling hot water to cook the green beans and protect their color: wash the beans
with water, boil the water in a large pot, put in the fresh beans, turn them over with chopsticks so
that the beans are evenly heated, bring to a boil over high heat, and scoop them up immediately .
3. Cooling: After boiling, put the beans taken out into cold water to cool, and then remove the dry
water. After scooping out the blanched beans, immediately put them in cold water to cool down,
then scoop them out of the dry water.
4. Drying: After the surface of the beans is dry, put it on the drying tray and rack according to the
size specification, and push it into the drying room for drying. The drying temperature is 70°C and
dried for 12 hours until the moisture content of the beans reaches about 15%.
