The parameter settings for the peanut dryer are as follows:
Stage 1: Set the drying temperature to 40-45 ℃ and the drying time to 3 hours for continuous dehumidification;
Stage 2: Heat up to 50-55 ℃, dry for about 5 hours, and control the dehumidification through time;
Stage 3: After the first two stages of drying, the peanuts are nearly 50-60% dry and can be heated up to 60-70 ℃. After drying to a moisture content of 12-18%, the peanuts can be taken out of the furnace.
