Reference process for drying yellow cauliflower:

Phase 1: Spread the yellow cauliflower evenly on a baking tray and push it into the drying room. The initial setting temperature is 80 ℃, but due to the large amount of heat absorption by the yellow cauliflower, the temperature in the drying room will drop to 60-65 ℃. Keep this temperature for 10-12 hours of baking;

Phase 2: After waiting for cooling, set the temperature of the drying room to 50 ℃ until the drying moisture remains at 14%. During drying, pay attention to dehumidification and maintain a relative humidity of less than 65%;

The third stage: After dehydration and drying, the yellow cauliflower needs to be softened in the tank for 3-5 days to prevent easy breakage and affect quality. The finished yellow cauliflower should be held tightly by hand without becoming brittle, and can naturally disperse after being released, so as not to stick to each other.

Finished product quality of yellow cauliflower:

The moisture content of the finished yellow cauliflower is 10% to 15%, with a light yellow color that is uniform and consistent; No cracked mouth, no flower stalk, no impurities, no mold spots, no insect damage
