1. Does the Drytech drying machine running by Gas or electricity or Diesel
Answer: Electricity only
2. Could I put my LOGO on the Dryers?
Answer: Yes,we can provide OEM service
3. What is the material of drying machine cover ?
Answer: we can do SS304# or coat steel, sure,difference material with different price
4. What should I do if I am interested in your drying machine?

7. What is the dryer's power consumption and power supply?
Answer: Different models with different power, our heat pump dryer power input from 1KW to 80KW, and 1HP to 3HP, we can do 220V/1PH(no 3PH),50/60HZ, 3HP to 30HP, we can do 380-415V/3PH/50HZ, or 460-480V/3PH/60HZ.
8. Can you send engineer help us installation?
Answer: Yes, sure, and you will pay USD100 per day per person, also pay for hotel and food.
Consider about Covid-19, we advise you visit our online installation video, you will install the dryer by yourself, easy.
9. what products can drying?
Answer: many many...,e.g. fruits, vegetable, meat, fish, pet food, bone, even if plaster etc.
10. waht is your dryer warranty?
Answer: 1 Year.
11. Does the dryers energy saving?
Answer: Yes, it is one kind of energy saving dryer, its COP can reach to 3.5.
12. can you provide customize service?
Answer: Yes, we do, we can design the chamber size according to your requirements.
